Production Capacity Expansion | New Workshop for High-Precision Drilled Quartz Plates Meets Micron Tolerance Optical Requirements-Anna
2026/07/20
To cope with surging orders from global clients in optics, biological laboratories and instrument manufacturing, our brand-new processing workshop for high-precision drilled quartz plates has officially put into operation.
The workshop is equipped with integrated CNC laser drilling and double-sided mirror polishing machines. The minimum hole diameter of quartz plates reaches 0.1mm, with dimensional tolerance accurately controlled within ±0.01mm.
Made of 99.99% high-purity fused silica, the quartz plates feature zero impurities, no scratches and light transmittance over 93%, resisting strong acid and alkali corrosion.
Custom single-hole, multi-hole and special-shaped hole quartz substrates are available, together with chamfering, frosted surface and pre-coating processing.
The products serve as colorimetric substrates for spectrometers, optical sensors, medical experiment carriers and light-transmitting accessories for laser equipment.
All finished products pass full inspection covering flatness, hole size and surface defects, with a damage rate lower than 0.3%. Small-batch samples can be delivered within 3 working days, and mass orders are finished stably in 7-10 working days.
Multiple quotation terms including FOB, DAP and DDP are offered for global foreign trade buyers.
