A manufacturer of high-temperature insulation processing equipment, after technical collaboration and sample testing, has finalized a batch order for high-purity frosted quartz sheets. This enterprise mainly produces heat treatment insulation equipment and requires frosted quartz sheets with reliable insulation capabilities for equipment assembly.
The customer clearly stated their core requirements: good insulation effect, stable high-temperature performance, uniform frosted surface, and long-term use in continuous heating conditions. They also pointed out the industry pain points: ordinary quartz sheets have poor insulation capacity; products with uneven frosted processing cannot effectively block radiant heat; inferior materials are prone to thermal deformation, cracking, yellowing, and have a short lifespan, increasing the frequency of equipment maintenance.
Our technical team introduced the advantages of frosted quartz sheets: the base material uses high-purity fused quartz, combined with professional surface frosted treatment, which can effectively reduce the transfer of radiant heat and achieve stable insulation. The product has strong thermal shock resistance, a stable structure, and is unlikely to deform or crack under continuous high-temperature conditions; at the same time, it has good chemical inertness, is resistant to aging, and is suitable for long-term cyclic high-temperature working scenarios.
We first customized frosted quartz sheet samples for the customer's equipment debugging and insulation performance testing. During the sample testing phase, the insulation performance was stable; after long-term high-temperature testing, there was no deformation, cracking, or aging phenomenon, fully meeting the equipment operation indicators of the customer.
After both parties confirmed the detailed parameters such as sheet size, thickness, flatness, and tolerance, negotiated the production delivery date, quality inspection standards, and delivery plan, the customer issued a formal batch order for frosted quartz sheets, which will be used for equipment mass production.
After delivery, the customer will install and use the frosted quartz sheets. The customer reported that the radiation heat loss of the equipment has significantly decreased, the temperature control is more stable, and the component wear is reduced. Currently, both parties have established a long-term stable cooperation, and the customer's subsequent new equipment projects plan to continue placing orders. This case proves that high-performance frosted quartz sheets can solve the pain points of high-temperature insulation and bring continuous value to heat treatment equipment manufacturers.
